The general conditions apply to all work performed by Wood Animal Heads.
Article 2 - Applicability.
2.1 These general conditions apply to each offer of Wood Animal Heads and to each agreement entered into between Wood Animal Heads and consumer. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the Internet site of Wood Animal Heads.nl. Upon request we will send you a written copy.
2.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms. HoutenDierenkoppen.nl reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment terms after the expiry of the term.
2.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by HoutenDierenkoppen.nl.
2.4 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl guarantees that the delivered product corresponds to the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.
Article 3 - The offer
3.1 Pictures posted with the products are for illustration purposes only.
3.2 Offers are valid while supplies last.
3.3 Information, images, oral communications, statements, etc. regarding all offers and the main characteristics of the products provided by telephone or e-mail are as accurately as possible (weather) given or made. However, HoutenDierenkoppen.nl does not guarantee that all offers and products fully comply with the information provided. Deviations can in principle not give rise to damages and / or dissolution.
Article 4 - The Agreement
4.1 An agreement between HoutenDierenkoppen.nl and a customer comes about after an order by HoutenDierenkoppen.nl on feasibility is assessed.
4.2 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl reserves the right, without giving any reason not to accept orders or assignments or only to accept under the condition that the shipment is made cash on delivery or after advance payment.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
5.1 If there is a consumer purchase, the buyer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving reasons. This period begins when the ordered goods have been delivered. The client is obliged, before proceeding to return, within the period of 14 working days after receipt to notify HoutenDierenkoppen.nl in writing. If the client within the trial period of 14 days after receipt has not reported to make use of the statutory right of return, then the sale is a fact.
During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product to the entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
The buyer must prove that the delivered goods were returned in a timely manner, for example by means of proof of postal delivery. Return of the goods must be in the original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods to the buyer have been used, encumbered or in any way damaged then HoutenDierenkoppen.nl reserves the right to depreciation. Subject to what is stipulated in the preceding sentence, WoodAnimalHeads.nl within 14 days after receipt of the return or 14 days after proof of return (hereby on the proof of sending explicitly the contents of the return to be mentioned), care for reimbursement. When returning the entire purchase, the full purchase amount including any shipping and / or payment costs will be refunded to the customer. When returning only part of the purchases received, only the purchase value of the returned items will be refunded.
5.2 The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.
Article 6 - The price
6.1 Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make it necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
6.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.
6.3 All prices on the site are in Euros and include 21% VAT unless otherwise stated.
Article 7 - Offers
7.1 Offers are without obligation unless otherwise stated in the offer.
7.2 Upon acceptance of a non-binding offer by buyer, HoutenDierenkoppen.nl reserves the right to withdraw or deviate from the offer within the period of 3 working days after receipt of such acceptance.
7.3 Verbal commitments HoutenDierenkoppen.nl only after they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
7.4 Offers of HoutenDierenkoppen.nl do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
7.5 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl can not be held to its offer if the client should have understood that the offer, or any part thereof, an obvious mistake or slip contained.
7.6 Additions, modifications and/or further agreements shall be effective only if agreed in writing.
Article 8 - Images and specifications
8.1 All images; photographs, drawings etc.; including data on weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the internet site of HoutenDierenkoppen.nl are approximate only, are indicative and can not give rise to damages or dissolution of the agreement.
Article 9 - Liability
9.1 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl is not liable for any injuries sustained to delivered products.
9.2 If HoutenDierenkoppen.nl for whatever reason must compensate any damage, that compensation will never exceed the amount equal to the invoice value of the delivered products.
Article 10 - Warranty and conformity
10.1 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications listed in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability and on the date of the conclusion of the agreement existing legal provisions and / or government regulations.
10.2 If WoodenAnimalHeads.com for whatever reason is obliged to compensate any damage then that compensation will never exceed an amount equal to the invoice value relating to the product.
10.3 If it appears that the delivered good is wrong or defective, then the client (before proceeding to return to HoutenDierenkoppen.nl) these defects within 14 days after discovery of the defect in writing to HoutenDierenkoppen.nl. Return of the goods must be in the original packaging.
10.4 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl is not liable for damages caused by intent or equivalent intentional recklessness of non-managerial staff.
10.5 Warranty cannot be granted if the buyer has made changes to the product or if the product has suffered damage due to intentional or negligent maintenance.
Article 11 - Delivery and execution
11.1 Delivery is made while supplies last.
11.2 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl will at all times handle the material to be handled with care.
11.3 The product will always be protected as much as possible for shipping. If the product is fragile, then WoodenAnimalHeads.com will take extra precautions. Here, the product is packed in bubble wrap and the box will have a ‘fragile’ sticker.
11.4 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl strives to keep the delivery time as short as possible, but may revert to 1 of the following cases:
- Products ordered are out of stock;
- Products ordered are no longer available;
- Due to personal circumstances, packages cannot be mailed.
11.5 You can choose to pick up the products or send them via parcel post.
11.6 The place of delivery, once shipping has been chosen, is the shipping address that the client has provided to HoutenDierenkoppen.nl on the site.
11.7 For delivery via parcel post, WoodenAnimalCups.com is not liable for any delays in shipments.
11.8 Shipping by mail is at the risk of the buyer. HoutenDierenkoppen.nl is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
11.9 Once the choice is made to pick up the products, an appointment must be made with HoutenDierenkoppen.nl and specified from which pickup address.
Article 12 - Payment
12.1 The amounts due to the client, to be found on the quotation, must be paid within 14 days.
12.2 The payment method for the amount due can be paid by iDEAL, Bank Transfer, Sofort, Bancontact, or by Cash/Pin on collection of the product. The full invoice amount must be paid before the products are shipped or may be picked up.
Article 13 - Data management
13.1 If you place an order with Wood Animal Heads.co.uk, your data will be included in the customer base of Wood Animal Heads.co.uk. HoutenDierenkoppen.nl adheres to the Data Protection Act and will not provide your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
13.2 HoutenDierenkoppen.nl respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidential treatment of your personal data.
Article 14 - Complaints procedure
14.1 Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after the consumer has identified the defects.
14.2 The Buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the products (or have them inspected) immediately upon receipt. Complaints of the Buyer, which relate to defects in the product or the delivery, which are externally observable, must be notified by the Buyer to HoutenDierenkoppen.nl within three days after delivery.
Article 15 - Disputes
15.1 Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
